How do I get into Baseball?

Question:I live in the UK and I like most sports especially cricket. First of all do you think that I would like Baseball because of this? Second how would I get into baseball? Where is a good place to learn the rules and is there somewhere online I can keep up with video highlights or audio commentary of games? (Because there is no coverage of it on UK TV and I do not have satellite)
