How far should a 14 year old be able to hit a ball abd how fast should he throw?
I am 14 and throw 73 mph. i pitch for school. I am curious how far i should be able to hit because my best hit ever was around 300 but yesterday our third basemen hit a ball 380 feet in the air for a grand slam. He also pithches low seventies.

That is pretty good but it all depends on arm strength for throwing. 73 is pretty good but depending on how fast you can move your arm depends on the speed. For hitting, strength in the arms would be good but most of it should be coming from the legs and if you can put it into your hips, you can hit it about 380.
