Usually I curve the hat around a baseball and then hold it in place with some rubber bands. Then I heat it up with a blow drier and let it sit for a day or so. It comes out really curved but settles after a while into a good shape.Wear it in the shower or just soak it in hot water. Then put it down inside of a pitcher so the bill is curved. If you don't have a pitcher, get a couple rubber bands and wrap them around the bill so they hold the curve. Let it dry like that, preferably in the hot sun
