I think they have matured as a team, and will not fall like they did in the semifinals. My prediction is that they will win the CWS this year! They are the most talented team in the whole country and they have been using their talent all year.
Will the twins win their divison?
They are a contender for sure. They have so much talent that they may be the most talented in NCAA. However, I do not see a Championship THIS YEAR. I like either South Carolina or Cal State Fullerton (even though Fullerton isn't as good as previous years) this year. I guarantee though, will all the great hitters these guys get, they will win a championship in 3 or 4 years.
So to answer your question, contender. They are far far far far far far far far far far from being a pretender. Don't let last year's late struggles fool you.
