Do you have any hints for me?
Question:Tomorrow I'm pitching my first 60ft distance in softball. This game 'counts'. Yesterday I pitched a scrimage game. I have pitched twice in All-stars, but do have any hints for me like how to calm down easier when I have bases loaded etc?

Just make sure you step off the mound and take deep breaths. Take your time between each pitch and remember to focus on each pitch individually not the situation itself, whether bases are loaded or not. The best pitchers are the one's who handle the pressure and get themselves out of jams. Here's what you do. Now this might make you giggle a little bit at first. But what you do is picture the girls that you are pitching to in their under-wears or in some sort of funny costume like a clown or something that makes you relax and then focus on getting them out as you will be relaxed by doing what I'm telling you. Good luck tomorrow.Lkycharm is correctamundo. Take deep breaths in between each pitch and just focus. But, have fun and good luck!
Why are the Phillies doing so badly?
Find a different field to play on!There is no 60ft pitching distance in ANY softball! The bases are 60ft apart, but if you are playing 12U and above, you will be throwing from 40ft! If you are moving up from 10U to 12U, you will be 5ft further back (10U distance is 35ft), and you will also be using a 12" ball instead of an 11" ball.
Just have fun, and enjoy it. The game may "count", and you surely want to do your best, but if you lose the game, you will still eventually get married, have kids, pay taxes and so on. It's a game----leave it a game!
