In 1989, the Phillies gave up 10 runs to the Pirates in the top of the first, but came back to win, 15-11. That was the infamous game where Pirates broadcaster Jim Rooker remarked that he'd walk back to Pittsburgh if the Pirates managed to lose. He stayed true to his word, too, doing a charity walk from Veterans Stadium to Three Rivers Stadium after the season ended.The following season, the Phillies scored nine runs in the ninth to win, 12-11 at Dodger Stadium. They were down 11-1 going into the eighth and 11-3 into the ninth that night.
As far as a game I've attended, in 1998, the Phils fell behind the Marlins, 7-0, and came back to win, 10-9.
On the other side, in 2003, the Phillies blew an 8-0 lead against the Expos and lost, 14-10. As far as in person, in 1999, they lost to the Mets, 9-7, after leading 6-0.

The biggest deficit that a team ever overcame to win a game is 12 runs. The Tigers were down 13-1 going into the bottom of the 5th inning on 6/18/1911. They won the game 16-15.The A's tied this mark when they were down 14-2 in a game on 6/15/1925. They won the game 17-15.
I consider the biggest comeback though a game played on 5/23/1901. Cleveland was losing 13-5 in the bottom of the 9th, 2 outs, no one on base. They then scored 9 runs to win the game 14-13.
