ERA stands for Earned Run Average. An average of how many runs per 9 innings a pitcher gives up. RBI stands for Runs Batted In. This stat keeps track of how times the batter has gotten a run to score. They can fo it by either getting a hit or making a sacrifice(when the batter makes an out but the run scores anyways.)ERA = Earned Run Average and RBI = Runs Batted In.
