Where can i find wallpapers of my favorite sports team?
My baseball hero is Walter Alston. He played for the Los Angeles Dodgers, and managed too. And to top it all off, he is my 4th cousin. He is an inspiration to me, and i will hope to follow in his footsteps. Is the Yankees vs. Red Sox game still on for tonight?
Barry Bonds - The Consummate Pro.Pete Rose. What kind of a guy is so confident that he bets on his own team to win every game. Also there is a term coined after him. When you dive head first into something you go "Pete Rose" into it. The guy injured a catcher in an All Star Game.
Even though I've read that he was a hard guy to be around much of the time, I've always though Joe Dimaggio was a pretty amazing guy. The consecutive hit game streak is stunning...but I also love the fact that he's mentioned, beautifully, in a Simon and Garfunkel song and an Hemingway novel.
Number 34, Kirby Puckett! Guy was a stud. Despite the problems he had towards the end, he's still my favorite player ever. The catch in the 91 series still gives me goose bumps. And I can pretty much guarantee he was never on roids! He was never the most gifted athlete, but played with as much heart as anybody ever. Long live 34!

Jack Morris. Regular guy. Always Friendly. Likes Beer. Game 7- Best pitching performance ever. Go Twins.Where is the cheapest place to park for an Oakland A's game?
Craig Biggio. He was never the biggest or strongest or most talented guy on the field, but he made it to the Majors, made himself an All-Star, and possibly a future Hall of Famer. I love his grind it out, gutsy, blue collar type play. He's been hit by the most number of pitches in MLB history. He converted from catcher to second base to center field back to second base, all in the spirit of the team. While his skills have eroded with age, his work ethic, hustle, and willingness to sacrifice for the team never have, and never will.Who should I support, the Mets or the Yankees? To the most persuasive argument go the spoils ;)?

Johnny Bench, best catcher ever!I have thee baseball heroes. I can not decide on just one baseball heroes.
1. Reyes of light A.K.A. Jose Reyes has incredible speeds. He could run the bases fast and gets lots of triples when the ball goes into the outfield and many single in the infield. He plays short stop. His defence is very good. He could stop a rally easily and save balls from going into the outfield. He could also hit well.
2. Big Pappy A.K.A. David Ortiz has great hitting. He can hit homeruns over the Green Monster in Fenway. David Ortiz plays first base. He could get the out at first. He is not fast.
3. Who's your daddy A.K.A. Pedro Martinez is very well on the mound. He is a pitcher. He has OK hitting. Could get on base sometimes. And is not that fast. He gets hurt a lot though.
4. Ryan Howard could get the party started. He has great hitting. He hits Homers and Grand Slams. He plays first base and the outfield. Howard could get the job done. He has speed. Last season Ryan won the NL MVP award for his great hitting.

i don't knowHow come when the Cubs trade a Player he becomes a star?
Jim Thome. He has been my favorite baseball player since I was growing up in Cleveland in the 90s. When I moved to Pittsburgh, he went to the Philly. Then, when I moved to Chicago, he came here to the White Sox, and I became a Sox fan. I think he should be hitting 500 this season and he is the one player who deserves it the most.toss up between Ruth and Mays for me. Ruth still defines the game. but when push comes to shove Mays all around the best player EVER

Mine is Derek Jeter. He is an all-around great 3rd baseman...and oh did i metion that he's sexi too.lol. He is the best shortstop in all of MLB and he inspires me so much. I love how he helps children with his Turn 2 Foundation...its soo great. GO JETER! GO YANKEES!Who was better Ted Williams or Roberto Clemente?
Mine is Ken Griffey Jr. he is a gold glove fielder and the best batter ever after hank Aaron and he didn't even use steroids he is way to small. He was the one to break the record but he was slowed down by injuries from trying really hard to be the best Center Fielder. He even is still in the 500 club even with all of his injuries, he also should be beating the record not that steroids using cheating big BB(Barry Bonds) who doesn't deserve it. Ken Griffey is just a great all-around player being good at fielding and battingWho is Derek Jeters advisor in his new ad as he steals a base?
I've got 2: Nolan Ryan and Pete Rose.Nolan was the consummate professional, super talented, and a role model for ball players (and non-ball players) on how hard work pays off.
Petey was 100% plus at all times on the field. He played the game without any of the primadonna attitude that stars show now.

Jackie Robinson and Roberto Clemente.Does anyone know how much a Mark McGwire autographed baseball would be?
Sweet swinging Will "the thrill" Clark (SF Giants). I haven't seen anybody go after and catch foul balls like he did. Never forget him and Tony Gwynn battling it out for batting titles each year. And his middle name is Nueschler. His dad used to go to alot of Giants games. His pops was William Nueschler Clark Sr. and he was William Nueschler Clark Jr. Met him a few times got his autograph a few times even went A's games just to see him play when he was with Texas and Baltimore. Used to collect baseball cards just to get Will Clark cards. Humm Baby!!More Questions & Answers...
