Definitely Bonds, his numbers have been astronomical for the past 20 seasons. It's interesting that apparently either MLB isn't testing Bonds this year, or he's doing his amazing hitting this year clean. makes you wonder.McGwire, probably. He wasn't so good over as long a period, but he was amazing.
That being said, I don't think McGwire will make the HOF, and that Bonds will by the skin of his teeth.

It is a tough decision but I would go with Bonds because he seems like an ageless superstar in baseball even though he has been accused of steroid use. Plus, he is going to break the biggest record in baseball in a month or two. I can excuse Bonds considering well over 95% of his stats are legit. He used for a short period of time. Two or three years max and admitted it. He did not use prior or believe me, considering the number of people that don't like this guy some evidence or proof that he did would have surfaced by now.Mark McGwire used androstenedione which is a well known banned substance by the NFL, the NCAA, the International Olympic Committee, and ever other sport. He also used steroids with Canseco but avoided answering congress after Canseco's testimony that McGwire used daily with him.
McGwire cheated all but two years of his career. I no longer acknowledge he existed as a ball player. No he does not deserve to be in the hall with great men.

They both deserve to be in the hall of fame because if you mention either of their names you think of baseball.
