Charlie Manuel of the Phillies is a very poor manager. His lineup, game strategy, pitching changes and decision making are terrible. His decisions, or failure to make them, have cost the team wins.Mike Scioscia is the bomb. Angels all the way, baby. Way to go Mike.

For what he has to work with, Buddy Bell is doing a good job. The only complaint I really had was that he wasn't playing John Buck enough, but Buck's been getting plenty of playing time the lately.
