DO NOT LISTEN TO THAT GUY!! It'll fukk up your arm. Trust me. You should extend your arm back very far and whip through, I am sorry but you probably might just not have the arm strength to pitchMore important than arm strength is lower body strength. Listen to any hall of fame pitcher, and you learn to drive the ball with your legs. Work your lower body and keep your arm loose.
All you need to do is keep throwing everyday for like 20 minutes and it will improve.
Long toss is clearly the best way to get your arm stronger. Continuously throw the ball to your partner from 50 - 200 feet whatever suits you and studies show that your arm will get stronger.
practice, practice, practice, and when you are done with that go out side and practice some more. Just keep pitching that ball and your arm speed will increase, go to the library and check out some books on pitching and read through them they sometimes have some tips about building arm strength. But be very careful not to hurt yourself pitch the right way.
