Where do I go to relace a old baseball glove?
Craig Counsell has the weirdest batting stance. Watching him bat looks so painful and uncomfortable. He holds his bat high up in the air and spreads his legs wide apart in the batters box. I'm surprised he doesn't lose balance while he's up to bat. A picture of his batting stance can be found on this site: http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/page3/sto...You'll need to scroll down a bit.

craig counsellWhat hitting record will A-Rod break by the end of his career?
tony batista he just looks like he dont even want to be thereKen Griffey Jr. He bats in a reclined position, usually in a hospital bed or full body cast.
Julio Franco...he points the barrel of the bat at the pitcher. Most coaches tell you to keep the bat straight up in the air, but Franco adds another 90 degrees to the way he holds it up. That makes for a very long swing, but he can generate some pretty good swings with such a long sweeping motion.

I agree about Tony Batista. My favorite unusual stance belonged to the Tigers' second baseman in the 60's and 70's, Dick McAuliffe. Open stance, front foot pointing to the mound, forearm across his chest.
Coco Crisp.
