Who are the clutch players on the Yankees?
How about the Nolan Ryan / Robin Ventura (Rangers vs White Sox 1993) or the Red Sox / Yankees brawl when Pedro threw Don Zimmer to the ground. Here is a cool link:http://www.hogwild.net/rants/baseball-hu...
Well the funniest one was when Pedro tossed aside Zimmer.
Are all new york yankee fans thugs at heart? are they jealous of boston?
Gotta agree with Ballzy. An 80 year old man charges a 30 year old professional athlete and expects to knock him over. Will Dale Murphy ever make it to the Hall of Fame?
when dave strawberrry got messed up yankees boston brawls of coruseWould anyone else like to see MLB break the AL/NL Barrier?
IDK, thats a tough, seen so many. The fight that always sticks out in my mind though is Nolan Ryan with Robin Ventura in a headlock and just wailing on him. What is your fondest memory of the Los Angeles Dodgers?
THE GREATEST BRAWL IS DEFINITELY THE WHITE SOX DISCO NIGHT!!!!!!!!! THE FANS RAN ONTO THE FIELD TORE THE PLACE APART AND LIT THINGS ON FIRE!!!!What would happen if the first inning never ended, I asked my husband?
Alex Rodriguez vs Jason Varitek.Fantasy Baseball rotisserie waiver affect scoring?
When Pedro tossed ZimmerI always like the one where Kyle Farnsworth took on Paul Wilson of the Reds. Farnsy made Urlacher proud with the tackle he made on the Reds pitcher and showed that he is someone to be respected!
a few goodies:
Babe Ruth punching an umpire, getting ejected, then the relief pitcher throws a perfect game
Ty Cobb spiking Home Run Baker at third then has to be escorted out by police after crowd almost kills him
Bill Lee getting his arm almost torn off in fight against Yankees
The nuggie Ryan gave Robin Ventura
Pedro getting charged after hitting a batter WHILE HE WAS THROWING A PERFECT GAME!!
Izzy Alcantara in Pawtucket drop kicking the catcher before charging the mound (my favorite) I enclosed the video link to this...funny as hell.
Which major league baseball team conducts "the great pierogi race" during theur home games?
Absolutely Zimmer getting thrown down by Pedro. I still laugh my * off when I see it.Was Mark Bellhorn not playing well with the Boston Redsox?
What about Marichal-Roseboro (with the bat) in the '60's?not really a brawl but i loved when robin ventura charged the mound against nolan ryan.
ventura was in his late 20's the prime of his career in great shape. ryan, in his 40's, headlocked him and bloodied his face like mofo. the love the pic with ryan getting ready to throw to next batter with ventura's blood on his jersey and cheek.
greatest blow up was george brett's pine tar home run. i've never saw a man so angry in my life. everytime i see it, i still think he's going to kill the ump.
The Braves and Padres had one for the ages back in the early '80s--something like a dozen guys got ejected. It seemed to last forever, too, maybe half and hour or more. Also, when Bill Lee nearly punched his own arm out of its socket trying to hit Graig Nettles back in the late '70s.
Anyone who thinks that seeing Don Zimmer getting knocked over by the gutless Pedro Martinez was funny is a total piece of sh*t. F*ck you and the horse you rode in on!
