What if Barry Bonds makes gets to the homerun record, but doesn't break it?
Question:And he ends up never hitting another HR this season... what if he retires after? Would both Aarons and Bonds be HR Kings??
And please, I don't want to hear any BS about Bonds steroid things. Yes, I know he used steroids and he doesn't deserve to hit his HR's, but lets set that aside for atleast "this" question.

They'd share it. But it wouldn't be a nice shre because Aarons isn't going to be happy sharing his title with someone else, whether he used steroids or not.i think he is going to retire after he has the home run record.
Columbus Clippers Leaving town?
The record would be shared, but people would look to Aaron as the true king. However, I am afraid that won't happen. I don't really care about the steroids as much as others do, but I guarantee he will hit at least 35 HR this year, breaking the record.
I guess you're asking who is the HR King if Bonds and Aaron are tied. Seems to me they would share the crown.
