Chance of Mark Teixeira being a Yankee in a few years?

Question:Do you think the Yankees will sign Mark Teixeria in a few years when he becomes a free agent? The Yanks really need a power hitting 1st baseman now and for the future, since their current 1st basemen are Doug Mientkewicz and Josh Phelps, and Giambi is mainly a DH now.
