Will the cardinals battle back to winning after their teamates death?

This is ironic considering my parents strongly encourage me playing sports. But that doesn't really help you. To get your mom's permission you could :
1) Explain to her the importace of athletics, especially to your health and well-being
2) Emphasize how much sport participation will help you in applying to college (this is mostly if you're in high school, which I'm assuming you are)
3) Figure out a carpool schedule, if possible, that will make it much easier for her
4) Explain that you will keep, and even bring up, your grades during the season. Make a promise to keep a certain average even.
5) Help out around the house etc. in order to prove that you deserve this great opportunity. Just don't suck up- parents usually don't like that.
6)Begin daily exercise, such as going for a run or doing pilates, to prove you commitment to athletics

Good luck, and be persistent. Sports are so great, and its great that you actually want to participate, as many other kids do. You will only be this young once, so don't let the oppoortunity get away from you so that you regret it later.

Again, good luck!

What Do You Think is the Bestest Rivalry in MLB?

Do you have any friends that play the same sports? Maybe you can ask that friends parents if it is ok for them to drive you. And, have you ever tried something and didn't stick to it? Maybe you could tell her that you promise to stick with the sport that you want to do. Also, you could do some extra work around the house. You could clean your rom without her asking you to, you could vacuum without her asking etc. Also, try practicing in the back yard and make sure that she sees you, and she might think that you are really dedicated to the sport, and she will let you do it.

Hope that Helps!

Well Bonds break the record?

Tell her that it will be good for you to be interacting with people your own age. Also tell her this might be the only chance in your life that you will be able to play competitive sports. After you tell her she should understand and if she can't give a ride have someone else give you a ride..
