Can MLB teams trade managers?

Yes. As long as it wasn't the 3rd out of the inning at 1st, as 1st is a force play.

However, since the out was the batter at 1st, its called a ground out. Fielders choice is only if the fielder passes on the hitter to get another baserunner out. Either way, as long as it wasn't the third out, its an RBI.
