he was good for his first start but there the royals i know there a mlb team but lets see how he does against the yankeesWell, not really impressed. He looked great today. All the people saying that its not as good because it was against the Royals are wrong. I was at the game and the way he was pitching I don'tthink any team would have had much more success. Greinke's performance for the Royals was better, though. He had almost the exact same line: 7 IP, 8 H, 1 ER, 1 BB, 8 K (struck Ortiz out 3 times). Against a lineup as good as the Red Sox, I find that much more impressive.GO ROYALS!
I thought he pitched great, I am very impressed. And to all the Yankees fans that are saying "it was the Royals wait until he plays us", what does that say about Pettite yesterday against the D-Rays? If Matsuzaka's performance against the Royals doesn't show that he is good, then I guess Pettite is the worst pitcher in baseball.
