Where can i see a cubs game from 05/04/07?

Nobody. Every winner of the hitting Triple Crown had at least 100 RBI. The only person to win it with less than 10 HR was Ty Cobb in 1909, but he had 107 RBI that year.

(The page below notes that Paul Hines did not lead the league in batting average in 1878, and thus was not the winner of the Triple Crown.)

Where is baseball city USA?

According to my reference book, no one player did as you are inquiring about.
In 1909 Ty Cobb (Tigers) hit 9 homeruns but *115 RBI's are listed here with his .377 batting average. Cobb was the second TCW in the American League.
In 1912 Heinie Zimmerman (Cubs) had *98 RBI's listed but stroked 14 homers to go with his .372 BA.
The reason there is an * by the RBI's is because RBI's weren't officially kept until 1907 in both the AL & NL.
Romulus must have a different reference book than I and he may be right. My only showing for Paul Hines leading the National League in homeruns is in 1878 with 4 when he was with Providence. But the batting leader that year was Abner Dalrymple from Milwaukee at .356. And again RBI's were not part of the official records before 1907. So no one really knows how many he had. So as to what you are asking I don't think it ever happened.
