Should they ever allow Sammy Sosa & Mark McGwire into the Baseball Hall of Fame ?

Who is the best SS in NL East?
Mark McGwire: NO!Sammy Sosa: Not yet
McGwire is still not going to after being slandered for steroids.
Sosa is still an active player. He's playing for the Texas Rangers. And as a rule, active players cannot go to Cooperstown. Only retired legends.
Will Ryan Howard pick up his pace after he comes off the DL?
when hell frezes over. Are you going to the minnesota twins baseball game tonight!?
Yes they should. Pitchers were using roids also. Are the San Francisco Giants now a legitimate threat to win the NL West after sweeping the Dodgers?
As long as they buy a ticket like the rest of us.Who did the Twins receive from the Yankees in the Chuck Knoblauch trade?
right after Peat Rose gets inNo drugs in the hall. The greats (Cobb, Ruth, Kofax, Williams didn't use drugs). If you can't set the records clean, than you can't set the records.
You could have some kind of a display setup in the hall about the summer when Sammy and McGwire had their home run derby . . . that event saved baseball after the strike, but I would not allow the two in the hall on their own accord.
Do you have a second team that you root for?
ABSOLUTELY--Pete "Charlie the Hustler" Rose also. Deeds speak louder than words. Who cares if they bet on corked bats and take medications? Performance enhancing items make the game more exiting.ARGGGH me matey...how bout them Pittsburgh Pirates!?
Yes. McGwire was the one of the best homerun hitters during his time in the league. He HAS NOT been found guilty of using performance enhancing drugs. Many cheaters are in the Hall of Fame right now. You need to compare players in the time they played. Is McGwire superior than his peers?Where is the air hole on a baseball?
Mcgwire just dont have the numbers. He had the fan support but not the numbers. 1626 hits 1414 rbi's 1596 strikeouts and a 263 career avg. Not hall of fame numbers. Only hall number he has might be because of the roids. Sosa could possibly get in because he is still playing and adding to his numbers..but i doubt he gets in either.Market size in terms of baseball?
If Bonds does, those two should. Most importantly, PETE ROSE should already be in.World's most valuable baseball?
McGwire: no waySosa: possibly. I don't recall him going before Congress and when asked about steroids giving some canned speech about "not being here to talk about the past".
Steroids have been illegal in baseball for only a few years, and testing positive for steroids has only been a no-no for the past five or so.
Obtaining steroids has been illegal for as long as I can remember.
Tim Raines might make it into the hall someday, and he did so much cocaine as a player, that one year he changed his name to Rock on his Topps Baseball card.
I think all four of the human bobbleheads (Bonds, Sosa, McGwire, and Palmiero) should someday make it to the hall. They will need their own wing however to fit the oversize heads into one room.
Pete Rose made his mistakes 20 years ago. Enough is enough. He was one of the toughest players of ANY generation. He deserves in too.
Does anybody notice David Wright?
