What range of height do you need to be for baseball?

Who thinks the oakland atheletics have the best colors in the mlb!?

5'8" is probably the lowest you can go, and guys that short are usually middle infield or on rare occasions outfield (Matt Stairs). For the other positions, 5'10"-5"11" is the lowest. For pitchers, you generally don't see anyone below 6' unless they are left handed or really good.

Which current MLB players were born in Canada?

The majority of players are at least 5'10", most are over 6' tall. Most organizations shy away from players shorter then that unless they are middle infielders. Pitchers who are shorter then 6' tall are usually looked at skeptically, because most major league scouts do not believe short pitchers can hold up.
