Baseball advice?
Question:I play outfield for my baseball team, and I get so nervous when I'm out there. I always think to myself "what if a ball comes here and I drop it!?" I'm perfectly fine when I'm batting (which is unusual because I used to be nervous batting- but now that I'm working on my batting, I'm not working on my fielding...anywho...), but I just get so nervous when I field. I have a game in a few hours...any advice?

You need to relax. You also need to have confidence in yourself. One way is to convince yourself that you want the ball to be hit to you. On the fly or on the ground, just hope that it comes to you so you will get the first one over with. That first one always relaxed me for the others. First take a deep breathSecondly, don't think too much about it forget about dropping balls and stuff like that. Just go out there and catch the ball.

Nervous is normal at the beginning of a game. Having butterflys can actually elevate your game but confidence is what will carry you through. you need to not only practice your defense but try to visualize yourself making the plays prior to your game to get yourself mentally ready.Who had the best record in MLB history, and what was it?
