If a bat doesn't ring anymore is it "dead" or has it lost its "pop"?
Question:I have a Louisville Slugger TPX Warrior that doesn"t ring any more. I bought it only a couple months ago. It has been used a lot by my teamates during games and batting practice. Should I buy a new bat?

If you bought it, take it make or send it to the manufacturer. When a bat loses its pop or is dead, it makes a dull thud and does not hit well. You should not use your new expensive bat for batting practice or in temp. below 40 degrees.More Questions & Answers...
