The first poster is a moron who doesn't even know what walk off means.The answer is no, however. See the following link for all of the walk-offs in WS history. Maz in 60 did it with the game tied 9-9, 0 outs, 0 on, on a 1-0 pitch. It won the series in the final game (game 7).
Carter in 93 did it with his team down 6-5, 2 outs, 2 on, 2-2 pitch. It was game 6, so had he gotten out they could have played the next game still.
Hoiles for the Orioles hit the "perfect" grand slam (full count, bases loaded, 2 outs, bottom of the 9th, down by 3 runs) but it was in regular season.
Clemente is the only player with a walk off inside the park grand slam.
