Who is better the Mets or the Yankees?
Wrigley Field is a dump! It really is. Those that say it is great have probably never even been there. First is getting there. No parking around the stadium. Once inside - the concourses are too small are dark. The bathrooms are just nasty! The mens room - you pee into giant tubs you share with about 10 others. That is the great if you like some drunk peeing on you shoes. Plus the lines are guaranteed to make you miss an inning. Then there is the seats - a LARGE percentage is restricted view! That is right - if you sit downstairs a little back, you have poles in your way. If you sit further back from there - you cannot see high fly balls because the upper deck hangs over too far. The upper deck has poles in your way too. The bleacher "box" seats in right field - you have restricted views of center and left! And they charge you more than regular bleachers for this! And the sound system just sucks. It is either too low, or it blows your ears out.Sure the ivy is nice, but for watching a game - this place is the worst.
At the end of the Baseball season boston will be a champiom? or ?
Probably either Shea or RFK. They're both old and going away soon. Never been to either so I cannot say first hand, but they don't have strong reputations.Who is the only player to steal 5 bases in 1 game?
The metrodome in Minneapolis. The seating is horrible... and no sun makes the game no fun...Fenway Park horrible seats unless you spend hundreds bad sight lines long concession lines very expensive but it does have a lot of nostalgia and charm.
I have to agree with Fenway. Yes, it has history, but it also shows its age. Too few concessions, too many VERY poor views (unless you REALLY pay the price), a strange smell (age) in the corridors, and on top of this, tickets that you have to take a mortgage out to get.
History is one thing. Trying to sell a decrepit building as historical is another entirely.
Who is better overall? shawn hill or jason bergmann?
Tampa Bay in the al and Joe Robbie stadium in nlWhere can I buy a print of the blown call by umpire Don Denkinger in the 1985 World Series?
Wrigley Field. It is a dump. This park should have been torn down years ago when the concrete started falling off of the upper deck and they had to put in nets to keep people from getting injured. I have had the displeasure of going to several games there and It does not deserve the reputation it gets as being one of baseball's gems. The facilities are so substandard it isn't even funny. Going to the bathroom is like wading through a sewer and the whole park smells of urine. It is dirty and grimy and you literally feel like you need to take a bath after leaving there. It also has very poor lines of sight. If you get unlucky and get stuck behind a pole your view for the game is ruined. To top that all off the ushers are probably the rudest of any sports facility I have ever been, parking is a joke and ticket prices are through the roof. I have never been to one of the other older parks like Yankee Stadium or Fenway so I cant say about them, but from my persepctive Wrigley is horrible and needs to go. On second thought it probably suits the Cubs just fine.I want to know where to find the Nike Hat Like the University of Miami Baseball Team Wears?
even though the Tigers dont play there anymore I am still going to say Tiger Stadium, there were soooo many beams that I ended up sitting behind one 2 differents times, it sucked ***!Fenway Park is by far the worse stadium in the majors. It's old and smelly and uncomfortable. I suppose you can say there is a lot of history there but somewhere down the road that cheap owner should have put out a few bucks to clean the place up. It's just a miserable place to watch a game. I had looked forward to going there years ago but when I finally went it was a major disappointment.
Has anyone ever watched a baseball and turned down the sound to listen to the radio.?
Whoever didn't say RFK hasn't been there. First of all it's in the middle of the D.C.'s ghetto. I thought i was lost and then i take a right down this busted up hood and BAM! there sits that rotten stadium. That place was a dump! The only good thing that has ever happened there was the Braves visit to town. Why does baseball have a dugout?
Yankee stadium. Its full of liberal elitists who think the rest of the country should share the wealth , while there Baseball team, has the right to buy championship after championship. Its typical hypocracy from New York. And you can bet the same people on here saying the Yankers have the right to buy any player they want, and over paying for them are the same ones asking for higher taxes, and to get rid of the SUV,s lol Thats why Yankee stadium smells so bad. Hypocracy STINKS.How many Derek Jeter Error cards were printed?

RFK in Washington is horrible! Half of the stadium literally can not see the entire outfield due to the design.

Tampa Bay and RFKHow many games will dice k matzuzaka win this season?
Based on my personal experience, the worst stadium in the league is Pro Players stadium in Miami where the Florida Marlins play. It is a great football stadium, but it is not good to play baseball in.As for ticket prices, that honor is far and away Fenway Park. Ticket prices are horrible.
As for fan behavior, It would have to be Philadelphia. How many places have a jail cell and a on site court convening to address drunken fan behavior? LOL
Why does a-rod make so much money??
RFK is pretty bad - it's one of the last multi-purpose stadiums still in use in baseball, and hasn't aged well.Giants fans, how about MR.CAIN! Two hits after seven innings, why did they take him out?
