Will the red sox win the al east?

Can a Major League batter hit an intentional walk?

I don't think the Red Sox will win the division or come in second. I've made this point on sports1234.com before and ill make it again. The Blue Jays finished second in the AL East last year. They've got a young team (with a few vets) all gaining knowledge and experience with the game. Boston doesn't have the team this year. I've got the Sox at 81-81

Their pitching staff to me needs work. Schilling and Wakefield are getting older and is becoming inconsistent. Clement hasn't been the same since getting hit in the head with a line drive. Dice-K to me is a good pitcher. He'll go 16-9 this season. I couldn't even tell you who the red sox 5th starter is, that's how good he is.[/sarcasm]

I'm not sure who's gunna win the division. Right now i've got the Yankees, but the Blue Jays may win it. The yankees also have the same pitching problem as the Sox. Should be a good one indeed.

NY 98-64
TOR 92-70
BOS 81-81

WHO BEST BASEBALL PLAYER?

Was bud Selig a better owner than commissioner?

What will it take for the Giants to get Brad Lidge?

An intelligent answer is certainly needed for this question, though I agree with one thus far, concerning the Redsox and their pitching. Pitching wins divisions and championships, and the Redsox certainly have MUCH better pitching then the Yankees. As for Agent 47, it is wrong to wish death upon anyone, especially for a team to perish in a plane crash. I would suggest to better think your responses next time, it may give you more credibility, though you have already lost it in my opinion. This is sports, try to chill.

Which major-league layer was a member of both the Montreal Expos and the Toronto Blue Jays in their inaugural?

no they won't they are too old and not as talanted as say toranto or NY

When will San Francisco call up Tim Lincecum?

No.

Thank you for asking though.

Here's a harder one that I KNOW can't be looked up.?

I THINK SO, BECAUSE THE YANKS DO NOT HAVE THE PITCHING

Buerhle only has a bruise? White Sox get their 1st win?

They have a chance, the reason I say that is you know the Red Sox and Yankees are going to score a ton of runs with their lineups. But here is what sets them apart, the Yanks pitching isn't as good as Bostons.

New York has Pettitte, a injury proned Carl Pavano, Mike Mussina, Igawa (we don't even know if he's any good yet, so a question mark there), and Wang is on the DL.

If they get the Rocket, I think their rotation will be at least respectable.

Now the Red Sox, you got Schilling who's anchoring the staff of rookie sensation of Dice-K, Beckett, Wakefield, and possibly Jon Lester if he comes back from cancer.

I am not a fan of either team, but if I had to choose a side it's the Red Sox. Because I despise the Yankees! I'm a diehard Angel fan who knows his baseball.

So yes, the Red Sox will win the East.
