Baseballs with multiple signatures often sell for less than single signatures. The exception to this is if the signatures naturally go together (Gehrig and Ruth; Mantle and DiMaggio) or if one or more than one of the signatures are people who don't sign often or have passed on (a Bobby and Barry Bonds autographed ball would probably be worth quite a bit).
