How can i improve my softball swing? SERIOUS ANSWERS?

Question:this is softball max 60 mph, even tho thats not very common in 7 and 8 grade team

i apparently swing too early and it always goes left, most times anyway, and i take my stride to late.

i also drop my elbows right before i swing wich makes if two motions, i no my hands are going first, but does anyone know of any exersizes to stop dropping my elbow?
