The hall of fame is reserved for the very best to ever play the game of baseball. It is reserved for those who played the game with honesty and integrity. Granted, there are a few in the hall that should not be in and if I had the power I would have them removed. Ty Cobb and Gaylord Perry to mention just two. Cobb was a dirty player who was willing to hurt someone in order to win. Perry cheated every time he touched a baseball. Rose cheated as well. He is a low life scum bag who put himself above the game. He no longer belongs in the hall of fame than Barry Bonds. what pete rose did was wrong, and he knows it. because of that, he has jeopardized his chance to get in. however, he should be in it because he is one of the best to ever play the game, and arguably the best hitter to ever hit in the league. i am not sure if he will get in though, because he is so throughly blackballed by the league as of today.
