If not he's in the top three.Santana is awesome. He's definitly top 5.
If I could choose any pitcher, I would take Justin Verlander. He's younger and has shown incredible determination and character over the last year.
I think he will have more wins over the next decade than any other pitcher in the MLB.

No, because as a stipulation to his contract with the Yankees and all the benefits he will receive over 4 months of work. Roger Clemens MUST be declared the best pitcher in the MLB and get more air-time per sports network than all of his counter-parts. I hear that that was the major selling point on his contract with the Yanks. the Astros weren't willing to give into that demand (as they have Roy-O) and the Red Sox weren't willing to yield to his demands (in that they have Dice-K)... But the Yankees have nobody like him on their starting staff, so they figured what tha hell. So to answer your question... As soon as Clemens signs the contract with the Yanks, George Steinbrenner will have him named the best pitcher in all of MLB. They are also changing the name of Yankee Stadium to Rocket Field and all pitchers for the Yankees will from this point forward be known as "Rogers."Also, to cut down the risk of a ham-string injury when Clemens is heading to the mound from the bull-pen, and to add effect and drama, he will be escorted by helicopter.
