What is up with the New York Yankee's stinkiness???
Question:for example some players like Abreu would have a 3 ball and 1 strike with 1 out count and instead of taking the fourth ball which was clear he would swing record an out and get a double play, why are the Yankee's so shittt of late?

Half of there normal starting pitchers are on the DL which makes it harder for the team to win when two of them are now triple AAA and Double AA normal startersanother reason could be that some of the players are slumping which if alot are which is in the Yankees case can cause a hit slump= a run slump = a win slump
and there not the worst team check out the phillies with there players there only 9-12 amd have only won 2 games at home (ouch)

I don't they. They look like the New York Knicks of baseball with a bunch of all stars all on the same team and the highest payroll yet the worst team. They all only care about themselves and not the teamthe yahkees have suffered injuries with pitching. i guarentee by the all star break they will be back in 1st where they belong

I don't know,I really expected them to start off good this year.The main problem is the pitching,that should be ok soon.How can I add some more velocity on my fastball?
It's pretty clear the problem is the lack of quality starting pitching.Right now the starters can't seem to pitch more then 5 innings, which is exhausting their bullpen (which is actually pretty good) by forcing them to pitch 4 or more innings every night. Over their current losing streak their bullpen has started to bleed runs as well, clearly running on fumes at this point.
The offense will put up a tons of runs, they're not the problem. Just imagine what this team's record would be if it wasn't leading the majors in runs.
