Question:Can anyone find the statistics on how often barry bonds is walked, and possibly compare this to other players. He is definitly the best batter of all time, I cant wait until he breaks the career home run record. I think some people forget that he is walked sooooo much more then other players, otherwise he would have hit many more home runs.

It depends on the situation like pitchers would intentionally walk him when he was going for the Single Season Hr Record and when he gets close to the Hank Aaron record pitchers don't want to say that they let him have the HR easily they want to make him work for it.A question about Roger Clemens.?

There is no question barry Bonds is a very talented player, & always has been , even before his body became "enhanced". He is issued a large number of free passes....but then so was The Babe & Hammerin Hank. And the Babe began his baseball career as a pitcher , so he only played every four days or so as his spot in the pitching rotation came up. He would have hit even more if he never pitched, & played every day from the start!As for the best batter of all time..THAT would be Pete Rose! Noone has more base hits than he accumulated (4256 I believe)
