Pitching Trouble?

Strictly a team by team decision. It used to be that the number worn reflected your spot in the batting order but that's changed.
I would have to say in my opinion names on jerseys are for part time fans who don't really know their team. I could see if that the road jerseys had them for the home fans who werent that familiar with out of town players. However, if you are at home and complain about not knowing your team's players because of lack of a name on the back then you are not the type of fan that the home team ownership should listen to.

What is the Toronto Blue Jays intro music for this year? And each players individual songs, if you know those?

Pure tradition. The teams decide.

When they first started having player numbers the number you wore was the number you hit in the lineup. Babe Ruth hit third and was #3...Lou Gehrig hit fourth and was #4, etc.
