Topps and Upper Deck is the best way to start off collecting. Donruss is loaded with a lot of crap. Try to stay away from those.Coaching youth baseball, need tips?

It matters what you are looking forIf you want the really fancy cards that look the coolest than get upper deck or donruss they are very nice looking cards You will also find alot of jersey and bat cards in them
If you want the classic card get topps you will not find many jersey or bat cards but they are fun to collect
I myself collect a variety and if you want to begin baseball card collecting start by topps and grow into upper deck and donruss it is a great hobby and it is fun to collect and trade.

When I first started collecting, relic cards weren't even thought of until Fleer came out with the 500 series in 1998.
So I started off buying packs of the most common cards, Topps, Fleer, and Donruss.
