2003 Bonds over Pujols.Angel Berroa stats were pretty close to Matsui's (Berroa had a better BA, Matsui had better power numbers) and Berroa was an actual Rookie. Ichiro shouldn't have won rookie of the year, either.
Morneau couldn't be stopped the second half of last season, he was a one man wrecking crew for Twinkies.

Morneau over his teamate MauerMauer to start had the Best BA and he was a catcher which is tough to do at the same time. I would have to say Mauer was the leader and still is the leader after all they say the catcher is the most important player of the game and when someone is that good then why not give him the MVP (Batting wise and leadership)
Bonds had a good season in 2003 for sure I mean that guy was amazing with 45 HRs and then leading his team later to the WS he definitly deserved it.
Berroa was more of the Rookie since it really was his first time while matsui excelled in foreign leagues before, and Berroa had a better season then Matsui if you actually look at the way he played over Matsui. Ignoring the statsheet and look at them playing wise Berroa definitly was the victor there.

Berroa supposedly won it because Matsui played overseas. But Ichiro played overseas as well and won the ROY over C.C. Sabathia who went 17-5 the same year. CC should have won it in my opinion. The reason Matsui didnt win it to me is because he plays for the Yankees. If he was on any other team, he would have won it. The whole playing overseas ordeal is unfair because of the point i just proved. I think Morneau deserved MVP over both of the guys. Maybe not Jeter due to how clutch he was, but it was a good decision. And 03 MVP was completely wrong.Biggest RIPOFF : Berroa ROY. Matsui deserved it.

Barry should retire or get arrested or blow his legs out.probably berroa, but if you even watched the twins at all last year, you would know that morneau was their most valuable player, sure Mauer won the batting title with a .347 average, Morneau had a .321 average, and Jeter may be a better player than Morneau, but Morneau had a better year than Jeter.

Third point, you really can't call bonds completely guilty until you actually have solid evidence that he is taking steriods, there's a good likelyhood that he is, but he's the only one who knows for certain.
