Exactly meaning that he WILL Travel on the road when he is scheduled to pitch on the road. Get you facts right ! Secondly my point is still valid he never said that at the time of your comment it was a news report from espn he made the comment you refer to the next day once he found out the details of contract. Either way he will pitch on the road when it is his turn in the rotation. So who looks stupid now!

only pitch in home game, you've got to be kidding me! wish I could only work on days when the weather is crummy, or when I felt like getting out of bed!! Players or pitchers like Nolan Ryan or Steve Carlton didn't decide the teams they would play for two or three months into the season. Let Barry Bonds try and pull a Roger Clemens, and he would have been booted from baseball by now.
