Yankees ticket plan?

Question:every year i say that i will eventually buy a yankees ticket plan . this year i was very interested in the c plan or the sunday plan . but by the time started to check it out it was mid march and the only tickets they had sucked . i relize that next year with it being the last year of the current stadium that it wil be pretty hard to get induvidual tickets. so next year i think that i will be buying a " c " plan but my friend who has a yankees season plan since i can remember told me that i will not be able to take part in the regular season pre-sale or the playoff one . not that i only care about the playoffs and the benifits but also i was wondering if all this information is true and if i buy a plan nexy year will i be able to get these right of the "pre-sale" when the new stadium openes , will i even be able to have season tickets when the new stadium opens . please help me out .
