Should any team pick up John Mabry?
Hard to say for sure, but I think this year they are for real. This is the first time they have had five quality pitchers in the starting rotation and a solid bullpen. They have 13 positional players who are all good enough to be starters, and more waiting in the wings in Nashville, so injuries won't be an issue like the last few years. They have TWO great closers, which means that if they go into the eighth with a lead, they have pretty much won the game. they have more depth and better quality starters, and more experience than prior seasons, so yes, I think they are for real.In 1967, who finished second to Carl Yastrzemski for the Red Sox team lead with 20 home runs?
Let's hope its talent. I've never been to Miller Park and would love to go see a game that means sometime.MR Green Bay, WI

What legendary cardinals startitled his 1920s book my war with baseball?
This team is loaded with talent. The rotation is great, the starting nine is good and playing well and can even be better, and the pen is solid. Barring major injuries, Milwaukee takes the Central. How can i increase the velocity of my 4 seam fastball?
i am a huge cardinals fan, but i would say that the brewers are for real. i have seen highlights and parts of brewers games, but i would definitely say that they have it together. they have a great pitching staff and some great young hitters. i really like jeff suppan - the cards should have kept him around! as sad as i am to say it, i dont see the cardinals challenging yet for the division. they need to get both their pitching and hitting in order before that happens. i am a fan, but i am a realistic fan. good luck to the brew crew...They are a very talented YOUNG group of guys, yet that is there problem. i think that the brew crew will win 80 something games this year, make it to the playoffs, and then blow it b/c they are so young. now, if you put a guy like jeter on the team, not neccessarily for the skill, but just so you have somebody on your team who knows how to win.
What was the biggest blowout in the history of baseball?
They are very talented. Great pitching - good offense - solid defense. Plus they play in a division without a powerhouse this year. Expect to see the Brewers compete all year.Who's your all time baseball team?
All those top draft picks are starting to pay off. They showed flashes of how good they would be at the end of last year. The teams has good hitting and decent pitching that keeps them in most games.
I think they are for real. I took them at 18 to 1 to win the NL back in March. Currently they are at 13 to 2, so the odds makers are in agreement..,
