Orioles vs yankees?
Question:does anybody else think it was worth watching the orioles get swept by the twins just so they could get their first win against the stankys? i think it was.

I would rather the Orioles have gotten their first win in Minnesota personally. One more game won in April is one less game you have to worry about winning in September if you are in the playoff hunt.None-the-less, It was nice to see the Orioles at least get on the right foot against a divisional opponant in their house.
It was also great watching Chris Ray getting two lazy fly balls and a pop-up against the Yankees 3,4,5 hitters to rack up his first save on the season.
I remember last season when the Orioles where leading the Yankees by 1 run in the bottom of the 9th in Yankees stadium, bases loaded, 2 outs, full count to Matsui, and Ray had the guts to throw a back-door slider, which got a called 3rd strike!! It's good to see that the Orioles have a closer who clearly isn't intimidated by the Yankees.
Anyway, hopefully the Orioles can take at least 2 in this seasons and end the second half of the roadtrip with a positive outcome.
