there have been rumors...but as of now, they're just that - rumors.if you go to http://www.ballparks.com and get to the American League ballpark section - click on "future" and I believe there's still a write-up about a possible Fenway replacement.
I've seen architectual drawings and possible renderings - it doesn't look much different, the schematics of the park are almost the same.
Fenway over the last few years has undergone some renovations - adding seats on top of the Monster and also "roof seats" which I believe has spiked its capacity close to 38,000 (Fenway used to seat about 32,000) - so that may be all the Bostonians need.
However, the 100 year anniversary of the park is coming fast upon us (2012 Fenway will turn 100 - as will Titanic) - if the park hasn't been condemned by the "Bah-ston" Public Services Department - they might start talking seriously about a replacement.

Not anytime soon. They keep making improvements. One thing I wish they would do is rip out the seats and put new one's in. Especially down by the corners, so the seats are facing the field and not the bleachers! Also, make them more comfortable, so my knees are not crunched up on the seat in front of me. I bet they won't do this though, because they will lose the numbers of seats, but in the long run, they sell out all the time anyways, so the money will be made up eventually.What is the closest distance from pitcher to catcher at which you can throw a curveball?
