It is going to be Daiskue Matsuzaka. He is an unbelievable apitcher. I feel however, it should be Delmon Young. Matsuzaieka has played professional baseball out in Japan, so I think he should not be eligible to be a rookie. Bud Selieg allows it however, Ichiro and Hediki Matsui were considered rookies and won the award.
