Least number of pitches thrown by single team in 9 inning MLB game?

Question:i have always wondered, but have been unable to find the answer. During a regulation nine inning MLB game, what is the least number of pitches thrown by one team. I know the minimum would be 27, 3 per inning for nine innings, but is not the answer. thanks if you can help.
