The MLB has no right to take anything away from Bonds because of his steroid use. They refused to have a rule about it and they didn't test until the public found out about it and made some noise. They turned a blind eye because the fans enjoyed the offense and the owners were making money. He has never tested positive for steroids (though he has taken them) because they refused to test until a few years ago. yes, they should.so many people associate bonds with cheating, but think of it this way:
do you really think that babe ruth never had one beer throughout his mlb career, when it was outlawed? sure it was probably to relieve stress, but he still broke a rule. And steroids were also legal for a portion of bonds' career.
