Well, how many chances in the field and at what position. K/Walk ratio is too high, but after only 11 PA it is to early to say. Good OBP. 2 hits and 3 RBI's show some clutch hitting, but how many RLOB? Hard to say on limited data and limited games and PA. Based on what's shown, I'd say no.What the matter with Johan santana?

Just above the Mendoza line (.200 avg) and his 2/3 walk to k ratio tells me this guy doesn't have a very good eye at the plate when you combine it with his average. the tripple in only 11 AB suggests some speed
Well, you get on base and you're also a good fielder. You rarely strike out and you have a triple so that shows me you have good speed. Despite the low batting average you get hits when it counts with men on base and you drive them in. Just continue to practice your hitting and be patient at the plate. Try not to swing at bad pitches. Keep up the good work :-)
It's a solid start. I think the most important thing is that you've played solid defense, and gotten on base. Getting on base at a .454 clip is very very solid. It means your teammates have a duck on the pond and a chance to drive in some runs.
It'd be nice to get the average up a bit more, but if you're a patient hitter (and it sounds like you are), you can help your team regardless, and no doubt, you'll get some pitches to hit soon.
Sounds like Mario Mendoza. No they are not good, at any level.
