The Brewers are 18-9, not 17-9 after the sweep.

They are a hot team, and their pitching is looking as good as it ever has. If they can stay healthy (their problem last year) this team can easily take the NL Central.

While the Cards are unfocused, the Brewers went into that series in 1st place. They were on fire before Monday. Sure they don't have one big name guy batting, but when the entire team is batting between 260 and 310 w/ the backups also batting over 300, you don't need a big name stud.

And actually- Mench and Jenkins are both batting over 330 right now.
