I think that they can if the 'roids and etc continue to be taken more seriously. Going to baseball games is a great place to take the family but unless they do continue to crack down on the users it only shows the youngsters playing baseball that they should take whatever easy way out that it takes to hit the most homers ever,throw the ball harder or whatever record they may want to break. It's definitely possible...personally, baseball should be America's top sport. It deserves that title much more than basketball, football, or hockey.No, I don't think so. I think the NFL will always be the top sport unless they have a steroids scandal which I think could happen. I think the next generation will follow football more than baseball because of the nature of the two sports.

ONLY IF AND OLY IF :Bud Selig is Gone and real decent comissioner takes over. Bonds and other steroid hitters are banned for life from the game and thie records are wiped out as if they neve played a game (isn't that what the NCAA does ??) And they get rid of FOX as baseball network tv ( FOX has awful announcers and baseball coverage , bring back NB or CBS ) They Institute a Salary Cap all other pro sports in America.
