Answers:
What is the record for consecutive balls thrown by a pitcher? How about consecutive walks?
Good answers here but I will chime in and say I think Len Kasper and Bob Brenly do a great job on Cubs TV, WGN and Comcast Sportsnet. The radio crew for the Cubs of Pat Hughes and Ron Santo also do a fine job.
Jon Miller, Thom Brennaman, Duane Kuiper, Jon Sciambi, Joe Simpson, Bob Carpenter and more are all guys I think do a good job.
vin scully he's the chick hearn of baseball announcing
What team was Steve Finley on in 2005?
Don Orsillo and Jerry Remy do a good job with the Red Sox TV games. Thier radio announcers are... eh.Buck, Morgan, and Tim McCarver are painful to listen to.
Can anyone tell me what minor league baseball teams are in Texas?
I really enjoy ESPN broadcasts so I'll go with Jon Miller.Hi, I´m from sports1234.com Mexico. Which are the latest news about Roger Clemens?
Jack BrickhouseWho is the best young pitcher in baseball right now?
the giants doIf Babe Ruth drank beer during prohibition, would that be like Bonds taking steroids if he did?
well i dont like McCarver but i do like Joe buck...he doesnt have an accent and everyone understands him...joe morgan messess up too much on ESPN...i remember opening night he messed up in the first 30 seconds of the game...In baseball what do you think is the most needed attribute to become a great player besides?
I'm a little biased but I think that the Cardinals TV guys of Joe Buck and Al Hrabosky are great. As far as announcers not affiliated with a team I really like John Miller and Joe Morgan.Denny Matthews, the radio voice of the Royals, is a great announcer. Paul Splittorff does a pretty good job on tv for K.C., but hes not as good as Matthews. Splittorff talks about his own career too much.
Yankees Do!
On Air, John Sterling and Suzyn Waldman...

Please help me just take a quick look at this if you know baseball well!?
vin scully he does radio and tv alone and he is not a home team homer or has stupid catchphrases. he tells it right down the middle and you can actually enjoy listening to him he tells more than just baseball numbers he tells you great stories that make the game better.Who should I pick up in fantasy, Boof Bonser or John Maine?
Vin Scully, and although he's no longer working at it, Ernie Harwell.I think every sports announcer really wants to be Scully, Harwell or Chick Hearn (but you asked about baseball).
If I had asked the question, I'd have included a caveat that said you can't choose your teams' announcers.
When will the Phillies finally get rid of Charlie Manuel and Pat Burell?
Vin Scully is still the gold standard. It's a shame only people in Los Angeles get to hear him every day. Plus, he does the game by himself. A joy to listen to. Harry Kalas in Philadelphia is still okay, but losing it a little. Gary Cohen in New York will be the best eventually- learned under the great Bob Murphy, and has a good sense of humor.McCarver is still the best color guy, maybe because there have been few goods ones lately. I don't get to hear Jerry Remy, but Boston fans seem to like him. Bob Brenly was a solid color guy at one time.
