What time must a baseball game on fox end for viewers to go to bonus coverage of another game?

I believe it must end prior to the official sign off time Fox has stated. Example follows.

Reds at Cards and Cubs at Astros both start at 3:10. Sign off time is 6:30 pm. Reds/Cards end at 5:40. Cubs Astros go to extra innings. I think Fox can bonus cover that game.

If that isn't how its done it should be.
