Question:Matt holliday to me is the leading MVP candidate hes batting .395 with 4 Hr's and 23 rbi's the kids a monster ! and the leading NL CY young candidate so far its John Maine very underated amazing 4-0 record with a low 1.35 era and hes on a pace to winning around 24 games with that mets offense doess any1 else agree with me on these choices ?? if not whats yours.

Even though i am a Braves fan i have to give the edge to Reyes as MVP, Chipper is having a real good start to the season too so id have him as 2nd. For the Cy Young: Maine has been pitched well but Hudson has been just as good 3-0 with a 1.40 ERA and 32 K. i think he has finally adjusted to the NL and reclaimed the dominance he once had with the A'sMajor League Baseball team salary rankings?

Gotta go with Reyes as the MVP. 17 steals in addition to almost a 350 avg. #2 hitter in all of baseball right now besides A-Rod. Roy Oswalt is my pick for Cy Young. Maine is off to a good start, but these numbers are very unlike him. I can't see him keeping it up. Roy Oswalt has gotten of to a great start and is a proven pitcher. 15+ wins several years in a row.For NL MVP it is Barry Bonds!
