That all depends. Phil has never pitched over 90 pitches in a game and if i was the manager and he had 90 pitches and needed just one more out, then I would let him pitch. BUt lets say he had 100+ pitches, I would take him out. I would take him out cause people would still remember him as nearly pitching a no-no in his 2nd major league start and then he wouldn't be injured more.Most definitely yes. He is the future of the franchise. There is no reason to jeopardize his future for one game.He'll have plenty of more chances for a no hitter; maybe even a perfect game.

No i would never!! Not in that situation. It would have been great for him to pitch a no hitter btu it was very unfortunate that he had to pull his hamstring.
